You can get a Z that will spring leaks, blow lines, burst hoses, etc etc, or you can find one that was meticulously cared for and enjoy a relatively asspain experience. You will likely figure this out on your own from all the "all Z's have problems" posts and the " I have a bazillion miles and am still on the original battery" posts. I am sure 3000's have their maintenance hotspots just like Z's do. Just go with what you like best. Me, I prefer to drive a true sportscar and not a frankencar fwd with some weird transverse awd variant doodads. I also hate having a backseat because then it puts you in the position of being the anal guy who will not let anyone ride in the back of his old car. So in my opinion VR-4's suck.
